These are the terms you agree to when you use this website or buy ReplaPay. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are
ReplaPay is a product of Tradiant, a company registered in Georgia. Contact: hello@replapay.com.
2. What we sell
We sell a licence to use ReplaPay, a checkout you install on your own server, together with its complete source code. You are buying a permanent right to use and modify your copy. You are not buying the copyright, and you are not buying a hosted service — we do not run anything on your behalf unless you separately ask us to.
We are not a payment provider. ReplaPay is software that connects to payment accounts you open yourself, in your own name. We do not process, hold, route or have any access to the money your buyers pay you, and we are not a party to those transactions.
3. Buying and payment
Tradiant is the seller and appears as such on your receipt. Checkout runs on our own ReplaPay installation.
You may pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own hosted page — or in cryptocurrency. Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of any tax that may be due in your country; where we are obliged to charge VAT or sales tax, it is shown before you pay.
After payment you receive a download and a licence key by email, normally within one working day.
4. What your licence lets you do
There are two licences. The one you bought is named on your invoice.
Single Company Licence. Install and run ReplaPay on any number of servers owned or rented by your own company, for your own company’s sales, across as many brands and domains as you like. Change the code however you wish for your own use.
Agency Licence. Everything above, and in addition you may install and run ReplaPay for your clients, rebranded as your own service, and charge them what you like for it.
Your licence does not expire. You may keep using your copy even if we stop trading.
5. What your licence does not let you do
- Sell, give away, publish or share the source code we wrote — as a product, a template, a starter kit or a repository, whether changed or not.
- Offer ReplaPay itself to the general public as a competing sign-up service. Running it for your own named clients is allowed under the Agency Licence; opening it to the public is not.
- Remove or hide the third-party notices file or the licence notices in the code.
- Share your download link or licence key outside your company.
If you want to do something this section forbids, ask us. We are reasonable.
6. Open-source parts
ReplaPay is built on open-source software, which stays under its own licences. These are listed in the third-party notices file supplied with the product. Section 5 binds the parts we wrote; it cannot take away any right an open-source licence already gives you over the open-source parts.
7. Your payment accounts are yours
ReplaPay connects to accounts you hold in your own name — your Stripe account, your BTCPay server, your wallet. You contract with those providers, you accept their terms, and you are responsible for meeting their requirements, including any identity checks and any rules about what may be sold through them.
We have no control over whether a provider accepts you, keeps you, holds your funds, or closes your account, and we are not liable if one does. Stripe is supported today; other providers are added on request, and we do not promise that any particular provider will be supported by a given date.
8. Your data
Everything you put into ReplaPay is yours — your links, your orders, your buyers’ data, your changes and your branding. ReplaPay runs on your server and sends us nothing. When you run it, you become the data controller for your buyers’ information. See our Privacy Policy for what we hold about you as a customer.
9. Support and updates
30 days of setup support is included from the day you buy. After that, support is available at our published rate or through a support plan.
12 months of updates are included. After that, updates are available through an optional renewal, currently $49 a year. Your licence does not stop working if you do not renew — you simply stay on the version you have.
Support covers ReplaPay as we supply it. It does not cover changes you have made to the code, your server, your hosting provider, your domain names, or your relationship with a payment provider.
10. Refunds
Because you receive the complete source code the moment you buy, sales are final once the files have been downloaded.
If you have not downloaded the files, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Write to hello@replapay.com. A refund of a cryptocurrency payment is made in the same coin, at the value received, less network fees.
If you are buying as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right to change your mind about digital content. You lose that right once the download begins, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right at checkout. Nothing in these terms removes any right the law gives you.
11. Using this website
Please do not attempt to break into this website, disrupt it, or use it to send anyone anything unlawful. The text, images and branding on it belong to us.
12. No warranty
ReplaPay is provided “as is”. We have tested it and we use it ourselves, but we cannot promise it will be free of faults or that it will suit a particular purpose of yours. You are responsible for your own server, your own backups, and for testing ReplaPay — including running test payments end to end — before you rely on it to take real money.
13. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost business, failed or duplicated payments, funds held or withheld by a payment provider, or any indirect loss.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Ending the licence
Your licence ends if you break section 5 and do not put it right within 30 days of us telling you about it. If that happens you must stop using ReplaPay and delete your copies. We will not end your licence for any other reason.
15. Which law applies
This agreement is governed by the law of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the law of the country you live in.
16. The whole agreement
These terms, together with your invoice, are the whole agreement between us. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may change these terms for future sales; the version you bought under is the version that applies to you.
